"Shader model 5.0 is required for GPU rendering. 4.0 is OK for software rendering.
So, if you fail to create a shader, open SSF.ini with a text editor etc. [Program1]-> Please set GPU Rendering to 0"

Test versions are being released quite often. You can find the latest releases on the EmuCR website or directly from Shima's Twitter feed HERE.
Working on a new version of the Compatibility list. Creating list baised on the Satakore database using Excel. Example: HERE
HERE is an early version of the website from 2006. Just to see how far Saturn emulation has come.
All emulator setting are left at the default with the following exceptions:
Bios set - using the Japanese 1.01 version
Controller set - Using Retro-Bit Wireless, Bluetooth or Wired Sega Saturn controller
Older version that have the EZ Setting tab - Set to Full Compatibility
